Delta Hotels and Resorts is offering its Travel Agent Express program to extend deeply discounted rates to travel agents for stays between December 1, 2012 and February 28, 2013. The winter promotion helps agents to familiarize themselves with the brand’s growing Canadian portfolio of properties from coast to coast. The promotion will also allow agents to experience the chain’s new ModeRoom™guestrooms that are modern, innovative and thoughtfully designed.
Qualifying travel agents will enjoy the special rate of $65 for the first room, that can be applied to popular winter and ski getaway destinations such as Quebec City, Sun Peaks, Vancouver, Calgary, Kananaskis, Montreal, Ottawa and Kelowna to name a few. The rate applies to single or double occupancy in a Delta category room, or a new ModeRoom™guestroom at select locations. The rate is only available for a maximum of three consecutive nights. An additional room is available at $80.
Travel agents must book in advance by calling central reservations at 1-800-268-3777, and quote rate code TCX and TC5. A valid IATA number is required at time of booking. Upon check-in, agents must present a valid travel industry photo ID card, along with a travel agency business card.
This offer is subject to availability. Rate is per night and does not include parking or incidentals. The Travel Agent Express rate is available at all Delta-branded hotels with the exception of Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge, Delta Residences at Sun Peaks and Royal Private Residence Club in Kelowna. This rate is also not currently available at Delta Whistler Village Suites and Delta Sun Peaks Resorts, where the rate will be extended instead in May and October 2013.
