Delta Hotels and Resorts is pleased to have been recognized as one of the “50 Best Employers in Canada” by Aon Hewitt. This is the 13th year that Delta has received this recognition and the company is one of the few who has remained on the list since its inception. This year, Delta Hotels and Resorts ranked 36 out of 118 eligible organizations.
“Once again we are proud to be acknowledged by our hard-working employees and join the ranks of Canada’s 50 Best Employers,” said Ken Greene, President and CEO, Delta Hotels and Resorts. “We continue to maintain a focus on employee engagement and are constantly reviewing and revising our talent strategy to further improve on established practices for attracting and developing the best talent.”
The 50 Best Employers study measures employee engagement, not just satisfaction or benefits programs. Engagement is about employees’ level of commitment and accountability for improving business results.
“The enthusiasm and passion of our employees is what makes this company so great,” said Greene. “We have a talented team of people who truly drive the Delta brand and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.”
The list of the 50 Best Employers in Canada, along with highlights from the research findings, will be published in the October 29th issue of Maclean’s magazine, available on newsstands on October 18th, 2012.
