Delta Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Pallotta to Executive Director of Sales effective July 2, 2013. Under her new role, Pallotta serves on Delta’s corporate leadership team, leads Delta’s overall sales strategy and oversees National, Regional and Field Sales.
Pallotta is a seasoned sales professional with over 21 years of hotel experience, 10 of which were spent in rapidly progressive leadership positions within the Delta brand. This includes her most recent role as Corporate Director of Sales where Pallotta provided strategic support for sales distribution and partnerships and oversaw the National Sales team. Before joining Delta’s corporate office, Pallotta was a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in Ontario.
Pallotta holds a Bachelor of Sociology from McMaster University and a Diploma in Special Events Planning from George Brown College, School of Hospitality. In addition, she is a graduate of Delta’s ‘Elite Fast Tracker Program’ from Ryerson University, and is currently working on her Leadership Masters Certificate from Cornell University. Pallotta will continue to be based out of Delta’s Corporate Office located in Toronto.
