Delta Privilege

Unlike other hotel programs which are points driven, Delta Privilege recognizes members with enhanced treatment and services with every stay based on their status in the program. Free to join, Delta Privilege is a multi-tiered program, including Base, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus levels, offering a corresponding set of benefits for each. Unique to the program are credits given to membersin the form of $200, $300 and $500 increments to be used as the guest wishes towards room, dining and meeting room charges.

Aeroplan credits are rewarded with each stay and all members receive complimentary phone services, extended checkout and an early check-in service. Delta Privilege also offers exclusive partnerships with top companies such as Air Canada and Avis. Separate concierge lines and services, and a separate check-in desk is also offered to all members. Advanced benefits such as unlimited room upgrades, complimentary breakfast and welcome snacks are just some of the examples of additional benefits rewarded to members in our highest tiers. The program was created with meeting planners in mind, delivering on the most important touch points that make a Delta meeting stand out from all the others. From one hour response times to inquires and proposals within 24 hours to great event ideas from our talented chefs and conference service managers, we have all the bases covered. We also offer a wealth of options for attendees to rejuvenate and help connect with our unique Canadian destinations.

Delta Greens

Delta’s national sustainability program, Delta Greens is the most comprehensive and ambitious in the Canadian hospitality industry. Delta Greens touches on every aspect of the hotel business – from guest services to construction to how we operate and maintain our properties to how we work with our suppliers and engage with our employees. Under the program, all hotels in the chain have committed to decreasing their energy consumption, carbon emissions and water consumption by 30% within five years, as well as increasing waste diversion by 25%. Hotels have Green Committees that play an active role in keeping the “Green” culture alive every day. Delta has been consistently recognized for our responsible environmental practices by Hewitt Associates in The Green 30 award since its inception in 2010. In 2012, Delta was awarded the Green Leadership award by Hotelier Magazine and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts for our leadership in sustainability.

Delta Helps

We are committed to helping build strong Canadian communities. Our corporate social responsibility program, Delta Helps, is our way of showing this commitment to the communities in which we live and work. We want to do more than just financially support our charitable partners; we want to find more opportunities to connect with our communities in meaningful ways that benefit us all.

While our main focus is towards our work with Habitat for Humanity Canada and environmental initiatives, our hotels spend countless hours and resources supporting local causes in their communities.

Delta’s Family Program

To assist families with younger children, Delta’s Family Program is designed to keep younger guests well entertained while staying with us. Little ones are welcome to check themselves in and receive an age specific check-in kit that may include bath toys, games, an activity book and crayons. When accompanied by a parent or guardian in the same room, children 17 and under stay free. Guests six and under eat free from the children's menu, which includes an assortment of healthy entrées, while guests aged 7–12 eat for half price from the regular menu. Most hotels have indoor pools, and select properties also have two-storey waterslides, as well as a children’s creative centre.

Signature Club/Club Floor

Signature Club/Club Floor is an exclusive "club floor" where guest rooms offer upgraded services and amenities including turndown service and exclusive access to a private Signature Club Floor lounge featuring evening hors d’oeuvres and deluxe continental breakfast.
