The sponsor of this promotion is Delta Chelsea Hotel, Toronto, Canada. (hereafter “Delta” or “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries will only be used for this contest and will not be kept for any other contest draw. Under no circumstances will we sell or give lists of our contest entrants to others outside of Delta except for the administration of this contest. Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island, Florida, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), and, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family and/or persons domiciled with an employee of Delta, any of their affiliates or any of their advertising and promotional agencies. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects. Awarding/Winner Notification: The Prize will be awarded by random draw from amongst all eligible entries received via the Internet by the Contest Closing Date. The draw will be held in Toronto, Ontario at 12:00 pm EST on January 5, 2009.

The selected entrant will be contacted by email/telephone using the email address/telephone provided in the Contest entry. If the selected entrant has not responded to the email by 11:59 p.m. EST at the end of the 3rd working day after the day the selected entrant’s ballot was drawn, the selected entrant will no longer be eligible to win and another entrant will be drawn and the process of contacting the new selected entrant will be repeated. To win, all potential winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, administered by email or telephone.

The Prize will be arranged for the winner by a Delta Chelsea representative within 30 days of the winner having correctly answered the skill-testing question.

By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Prize will be awarded and fulfilled by the Sponsor. Winners agree to authorize Sponsor to announce and publish their name, address (city only) and photograph in any forthcoming publicity in connection with this promotion without further remuneration. Potential winners will be required to release Delta and their agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the contest and the Prize. Failure on the part of a selected entrant to return the signed liability/publicity release by the deadline as posted on the release form may result in disqualification of that person and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor accepts no liability for printing errors on material distributed for this contest.

All entries become the property of Delta and will not be returned. Delta assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries or email, nor for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In the event of early termination of the contest, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award all Prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Contest or disqualify an entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Contest as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address).

If awarding the prize is in conflict with corporate written policy, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
