| Terms and Conditions |
- Membership in the Delta Privilege program is complimentary and is
available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit participation
in frequent stay programs. Membership in and application for membership,
in the Delta Privilege program is void if prohibited by law in the country of
the Member or applicant's domicile.
- Delta Privilege program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole
discretion of Delta Hotels. Delta Hotels is defined as: Delta Hotels Inc., its
subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Delta Privilege program has no predetermined termination date and may
continue until such time as Delta Hotels decides to terminate the
Delta Privilege program, at any time, with or without notice. Members
will have 6 months from the date the Delta Privilege program is terminated
to redeem benefits.
- Delta Hotels reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change
any of the terms, rules, procedures, conditions, benefits pertaining to the
Delta Privilege program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even
though changes may affect the value of benefits already issued. This means
that Delta Hotels may make changes that affect, but are not limited to,
travel partner affiliations, rules and procedures for the use of benefits,
continued availability of awards, blackout dates, room availability, benefit
types and the features of special offers.
- Delta Hotels reserves the right to discontinue the Delta Privilege program
membership for any Member who appears to be using the Delta Privilege
program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the
intent of the Delta Privilege program or any one of the Delta Privilege
program benefits offered. Delta Hotels also reserves the right to discontinue
membership for any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local
or federal laws, statutes or ordinances.
- Delta Hotels reserves the right to revoke or suspend Delta Privilege
memberships based on unsettled accounts, NSF cheques or a discrepancy
with Privilege memberships until accounts have been settled or the issue has been resolved.
- Discontinued membership may result in the cancellation of benefits and privileges. In addition to discontinuance of the Delta Privilege program,
Delta Hotels shall have the right to take appropriate administrative
and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in
its sole discretion.
- All interpretations of the Delta Privilege program's Terms and Conditions
shall be at the sole discretion of Delta Hotels.
- Each Member is responsible for advising Delta Hotels of any address
changes or change of credit card information. As advised at enrollment,
Delta Hotels is authorized to bill any charges incurred by the Member at
Delta Hotels or participating hotels to the Member's personal credit card
number provided.
- Specific Delta Privilege program benefits and services have been established for all Members; however, benefits and services offered by participating
hotels may vary.
- Delta Hotels is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes
or discontinuation of partner services, which may affect the Delta Privilege program.
- Delta Hotels reserves the right to limit membership benefits and room night
credits to airline crews and special negotiated rates.
- Neither Delta Hotels nor the Delta Privilege program is responsible for
requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail. Delta Hotels is not
responsible for, and reserves the right to correct any pricing or
typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding participating
properties and Partners.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to report any lost or stolen
membership cards or credit cards to Delta Privilege, c/o Marketing Services Department,
Delta Hotels; Global Reservation Services at 1-888-321-DELTA (3358) immediately to avoid unauthorized use of the card. Delta Hotels is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of misuse of a lost or stolen membership card, unless the loss has been reported.
- Delta Hotels provides the Delta Privilege program with these and other
materials, and other services and products "as-is" and, to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, design, accuracy,
capability, sufficiency, suitability, capacity, completeness or availability. The
Member agrees that Delta Hotels does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the Delta Privilege program or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be
corrected or changes implemented. Under no circumstances, shall Delta
Hotels be held liable for, including, but not limited to, incidental, special or
consequential damages arising out of the Delta Privilege or any such other
products and services, even if Delta Hotels or a Delta Hotels representative
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages;
therefore such exclusions may not apply. In the event Delta Hotels is held
liable for any damages related to such matters, the Member's sole and
exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products
paid by the Member to the entity held liable which were provided by such
entity. The Member hereby waives any and all rights to bring any claim or
action related to such matters in any forum beyond two years after the first
occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the
claim or action is based.
- Your Personal Information will be used for the purpose of providing you
with services at our hotels and resorts, servicing your requests, improving
our services, developing and informing you of additional services provided
by Delta Hotels and the Delta Privilege program, or by any direct or indirect
affiliate or our business partners that may be of interest, or answering
questions you may have. For example, such information may be used to
inform you about programs related to hotels, car rentals, airlines, consumer
products or other offerings. We may also communicate and disclose Personal Information to our affiliates, and we and our affiliates may communicate and disclose your information to other third parties in order to offer or provide you with any special offers or services that may be of interest to you, unless you notify us of your intention to opt out in the manner described below. Occasionally, we will send you communications with information, which may be useful to you, including information and offerings about our services or those of our affiliates or third parties unless you decide to opt out in the manner described below. We may also aggregate statistics that we gather about our customers and provide these statistics to third parties. However, when we do, these statistics will not include Personal Information that identifies individuals. All reasonable measures have also been taken so that the information you provide to us will not be used by our affiliates or third parties for purposes o ther than those indicated in this Privacy Policy. We may also use, disclose and communicate your Personal Information if required to do so by law, including by an order of any court. In the event that we disclose your Personal Information to an affiliate or third party, and if you give your consent to such person to collect, use, disclose or
communicate such information for new or different purposes than those set
out in this Privacy Policy, then you agree that, to the extent permitted by law, such person may collect, use, disclose and communicate such information for those purposes as well as for those set out herein. At all times you will be given the choice to opt out of providing such information. | Program Overview |
- Delta Hotels reserves the right to add, modify or delete benefits at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Delta Privilege membership is for the sole use of that Member and is non-transferable.
- Members are required to update Delta Hotels (Delta Privilege) with any changes to personal information that could affect their membership.
- Members must supply a credit card, in their name, in order to join the Delta Privilege program. Members must also notify us if their credit card has changed or expired in order to keep their membership in good standing.
- It is the Member's responsibility to update his or her profile and report a lost or stolen credit card or membership card.
- Delta Hotels reserves the right to request Members to present their membership card along with photo ID at any time during their stay.
- Delta Hotels has the right to restrict benefits and discontinue a Member's profile.
- Members are required to provide their Delta Privilege number at time of reservation. Members who do not know their Delta Privilege number at time of reservation will be requested to provide the full credit card number on their profile, as verification. At check-in, Members may be required to provide their Delta privilege number and photo ID.

| Earning Delta Privilege Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus Status |
- To receive credit towards Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus status, a Member must be a registered guest of the hotel.
- Stay/room night credit towards Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus status begins on that stay in which a guest enrolls in the Delta Privilege program.
- A stay is defined as consecutive nights in the same hotel regardless of the number of check-ins/checkouts that may occur. Some stays do not qualify for stay credit. Visit www.deltahotels.com/privilege for a complete listing.
- Stay credit for Delta Privilege is for individual travel only. Only one Delta Privilege member will receive credit for a stay, regardless of the number of Members in the room. Requests to divide or consolidate folios after the stay will not be accepted.
- The qualifying period to achieve stays/room nights for Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus membership is based on a calendar year for renewal purposes (Jan. 01 to Dec. 31).
- Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus memberships are active from March 01st to the end of February each year. As of March 1st, Members are renewed with full benefit entitlement, based on stays/room nights achieved during the previous calendar year. Benefits do not carry over from one membership year to the next.

- Members, who achieve the required stays or room nights earlier in the year, will be upgraded to Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus automatically. These upgrades occur from May to October. No upgrades will occur after this period until our annual membership renewal, which takes place March 1st.

| Delta Privilege Gold |
- Delta Privilege Gold membership will be awarded to Members with 5 stays or 20 room nights per calendar year (Jan. 01 to Dec. 31).
- Delta Privilege Gold Members must swipe their card in order to redeem their benefits (dining/room redemption or room upgrades).
- A maximum of $200 in credit is available on the Member’s card for use at any Delta Hotel within the membership year (Mar. 01 to Feb 28).
- Delta Privilege Gold Members who achieve Platinum status and are upgraded within the same membership year will only be credited to a maximum of $300 on their existing membership card.
- Delta Privilege Gold Members enjoy two upgrades to best available room at time of check-in, including Signature Club and suites. Room upgrades are confirmed at time of check-in on a “first-come, first-served” basis and cannot be confirmed ahead of time. Based on availability, upgrades are valid for two nights maximum.
- Based on availability, upgrades are valid for a two-night stay. Members staying more than two nights can redeem their other upgrade for the additional nights.
- Delta Privilege Gold Members enjoy complimentary high-speed / wireless Internet access. Not available in all room types. Confirm availability at time of check-in.

| Delta Privilege Platinum |
- Delta Privilege Platinum membership will be awarded to Members with 15 stays or 30 room nights per calendar year (Jan. 01 to Dec. 31).
- A maximum of $300 in credit is available on the Member’s card for use at any Delta hotel within the membership year (Mar. 01 to Feb. 28).
- Delta Privilege Platinum Members who achieve Platinum Plus status and are upgraded within the same membership year will only be credited to a maximum of $500 on their existing membership card.
- Delta Privilege Platinum Members must swipe their card in order to redeem their benefits (dining/room redemption or room upgrades).
- Delta Privilege Platinum Members enjoy unlimited upgrades to the best available room at time of check-in, including Signature Club and suites.
- Room upgrades are confirmed at time of check-in on a "first-come, first-served" basis and cannot be confirmed ahead of time. Based on availability, upgrades are valid for the duration of the Member's stay. Some restrictions may apply for long-stay guests (stays greater than 7 nights at resorts and stays greater than 14 nights at airport / city centre hotels).
- Based on availability, upgrades are valid for the duration of the Member’s stay. Some restrictions may apply for long-stay guests (stays greater than seven nights).

| Delta Privilege Platinum Plus+ |
- Delta Privilege Platinum Plus membership will be awarded to Members with 25 stays or 50 room nights at three or more Delta hotels per calendar year (Jan. 01 to Dec. 31).
- A maximum of $500 in credit is available on the Member’s card for use at any Delta hotel within the membership year (Mar. 01 to Feb. 28).
- Delta Privilege Platinum Plus Members must swipe their card in order to redeem their benefits (dining/room redemption or room upgrades).
- Delta Privilege members being upgraded throughout the year will simply be topped up to the maximum credits for that level, to a total of $500 in credit when achieving Delta Privilege Platinum Plus.
- Room upgrades are confirmed at time of reservation. Based on availability, upgrades are valid for the duration of the Member’s stay. Some restrictions may apply for long-stay guests (stays greater than 7 nights at resorts and stays greater than 14 nights at airport / city centre hotels).
- Delta Privilege Platinum Plus Members enjoy unlimited upgrades to the best available room at time of reservation, including Signature Club and suites. Delta Hotels reserves the right to exclude "specialty suites" (such as Presidential suites) from this benefit.
- Delta Privilege Platinum Plus Members enjoy complimentary high-speed / wireless Internet access. Not available in all room types. Confirm availability at time of reservation.
- Delta Privilege Platinum Plus members who are also Aeroplan members will be awarded 1,500 miles per stay. Delta Privilege Platinum Plus members who are not Aeroplan members will still receive 500 miles per stay if they are a member of the following frequent flyer programs: Asia miles, Alaska Airline miles or United Mileage Plan. Miles are awarded to only one frequent flyer number per stay.

| Delta Privilege Credits |
- The use of credits for room charges is exclusive of taxes, gratuities and other incidental charges (in-room movies, parking, telephone, etc.) and does not apply to stay packages.
- In order for Members to access their credits for dining/room redemption or room upgrades, Members must first present their membership card prior to ordering at any participating Delta restaurant to redeem credits for dining and at the front desk upon check-in to redeem room/room upgrade benefits, if available.
- Credits for dining are valid at participating Delta restaurants after 11 a.m. Members can redeem credits for dining whether or not they are staying at a Delta hotel. Credits for dining do not include taxes, gratuities or alcohol. Credits for dining are not valid for New Year’s Eve. Other restrictions may apply, check with the front desk at the hotel.

| Delta Privilege Room Upgrades |
- Delta Privilege Gold and Platinum members will be upgraded to the best available room at time of check-in, including Signature Club and suites.
- Delta Privilege Platinum Plus members will be upgraded to the best available room at time of reservation, including Signature Club and suites.
- Upgrades to best available room are not valid for New Year’s Eve.
