Our guest can enjoy complimentary access to the Centre de santé et conditionnement physique Tonix located in the hotel. The training room is over 6500 sq feet and offers over 50 exercise machines with the latest technology.
Whether you want to keep up with your daily routine or have a structured program built for your including follow-up, the team at Tonix will meet your training needs.
With a variety of equipment for muscle development, cardio-vascular machines and free weights, the only thing holding you back can be your will!
Hour of Operation:
- Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
