Bell Staff
The belldesk is located in the lobby, just as you enter the hotel. The bellstaff will bring guests' luggage to their room, or out to their car if they require assistance. There is no charge, however the suggested gratuity is $1.50 - $2.00/bag.The bellstaff will also valet park guests' cars at an additional charge.
Babysitting
Babysitting can be arranged through the Concierge Desk with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
In-room Telephone Charges
The following outgoing calls have a charge of $2.00:

- Credit-card calls
- Collect calls
- Calling-card calls
- Local calls - $1.25/call
- Local calls are complimentary for Delta Privilege Members and Deluxe Rooms only Long distance charges apply to all guests and will be billed to the room.
Laundry Service
Dry cleaning and laundry services are available in the hotel. Clothes brought to the concierge desk before 8:00 a.m. will be returned by 7:00 p.m. the same day. Complete price list and instructions on how to use this service is in each room.
Safety-Deposit Boxes
It is recommended that objects of great value be placed in safe-deposit boxes. These are available at the Front Desk free of charge (a charge of $25.00 will apply should the key to the safe-deposit box be lost. If the key were lost on a weekend or public holiday, the charge of a locksmith will apply).
Express Check Out
All guests can check-out of their room via the television in their own room. For this service to be available, guests need to have a credit card on their file.
