Airport Shuttle Information

Please call our hotel for your pick-up using the complimentary Hotel Reservations board telephones located in the Terminals. Our shuttles do not circle the Airport automatically.

Terminal 1
After you have retrieved your luggage and exit the luggage pick up area look for the Information Desk. There will be silver kiosks with a touch screen in front of the Information Desk. Touch ?Airport? on the screen and scroll down alphabetically to Delta Toronto Airport West.

Terminal 3
After you have retrieved your luggage and have exited the luggage pick up area locate the Hotel Phone Board. Pick up the handset and dial #139.

Pick-Up Times: Please be aware that times given for pick-ups are estimated by our driver upon receiving pick-up requests. Shuttle times may be affected by traffic and weather conditions.


From Delta Toronto Airport West

Shuttle Service: Our 24-hour shuttle runs on request. We suggest you arrive in the lobby approximately 30- minutes prior to the time that you would like to be at the airport. The Greater Toronto Airport Authority suggests you arrive at the airport at least 1 hour prior to departure time for flights within Canada (1.5 hours for Vancouver), 2-hours for flights to United States and 3-hours for International flights. There is no prior booking required for our airport shuttle. Please note that shuttle times may be affected by traffic or weather conditions so leave yourself plenty of time.
