Rocky Crest even if we had to be married in the lobby! The day was better than I could've ever imagined.
Melissa, Adrian, Chef Pat, and all the young staff were unbelievable. They were so detail-oriented - from the perfectly arranged decorations to the sugar-rimmed shots to calling every guest room to make sure they were happy.
I really didn't have to worry about a thing. Without ever having to ask, they always magically showed up where we needed them to be. I keep telling people how relaxed I was - and they deserve all the credit. The mothers were happy and therefore I was happy. They were the reason that I was able to be completely enjoy my day.
The food shocked us. Wedding food prepared near a tent - how great can it be? Well the tenderloin was perfectly cooked; you could cut it with a fork.
The vegetables were beautifully grilled. Our guests loved their meals – and told us so repeatedly. One quote "this was the top five best nights of my life - then the grilled cheese came out and now it's number one!"
The team at Rocky Crest are wedding experts. They know what they're doing - and do it well. Leave it to them.

I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of my husband and myself and my son Matt and his new wife Crista to let you know how very pleased we were with Matt and Crista's wedding that took place on September 30th at the Delta Rocky Crest Resort.
All of the staff were excellent. Their professionalism was outstanding. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The weather was not the best that day and the staff went out of their way to ensure that regardless of the overcast and cool day, the wedding was delightful and beautiful. We have had so many compliments on the wedding.
Melissa Felton was just the most wonderful wedding co-ordinator and looked after us very, very well. She was a huge help getting the wedding organized and offered great choices for different aspects of the wedding. The day of the wedding, she was just everywhere ensuring that everything was running smoothly.
Adrien Voyer did a marvelous job organizing the meal and everything else that was happening in the tent. My aunt thought that he was extremely efficient (high praise from my aunt) and would like to have him help at the dinners that our United Church Women's group caters!
The food, both at the reception and the wedding dinner was exceptional. Just delicious! Our thanks to Patrick Louch, the chef. People raved about the soup and my husband really enjoyed the cranberry chicken that was served at the rehearsal dinner. I really didn't think that Patrick would give out his recipes, but I asked because people were asking for them. And low and behold, he gives out his recipes! Again, many thanks to Patrick for such delicious food.
The wait staff, Ricky and Anne, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Including the young man from the Golf Club who came out with coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm up the wedding group while the pictures were being taken.
I have probably missed thanking some people, because there were lots of folks moving around in the background ensuring that everything went smoothly. But, I did want to send off this letter of appreciation to acknowledge some of the people who were integral to the success of Matt and Crista's wedding.
So, once again ... "hats off" to your excellent staff and beautiful facility.

When looking for a site for our wedding we had many choices. We choose Rocky Crest Resort not just because it has the best Chef around, Patrick, but because of all the unique classic qualities the resort has to offer. Not many first class resorts allow a dog to walk down the aisle, mind you, he was wearing a bow tie. Close to a year later we still have guests coming to us saying how amazing the food and service was and how beautiful the whole wedding was. First the wedding on the dock looking over Lake Joseph, then cocktails on the patio, to a out of this world dinner and reception under a blanket of white and pink. The fire outside complete with marshmallows was also a hit with everyone. The whole site not only made us feel at home but our guests too. Melissa and her staff, were outstanding and walked us through the entire planning of the wedding and reception and also gave us guidance and a shoulder when needed. We both feel that the wedding was a dream come true and we wouldn't change a thing.
