Renovations and Temporary Directions

Dear Guests,
We are very excited to advise you that our Renovation Project is well in progress and we are now offering our brand new mode guestrooms. Come and see for yourself, the difference is like night and day. It's not just a new guestroom, it's a new experience.
On your arrival, not only will you notice the excitement from our staff as they anticipate the beauty of our finished product. You may also notice some construction hoarding in our public areas and some construction audio sounds as we prepare to change the look of our hotel.
The main entrance for our Hotel has been temporarily relocated to Queen Street between Lyon and Kent. You will notice our canopy with our Delta signage indicating the main entrance. Guests travelling on Albert Street going west can continue to Bay St turn right on Bay and right on Queen, continue approx a block and a half to the Delta Ottawa City Centre right next to Tim Horton’s.
Please note that there will not be any access to the ramp. To self park your vehicle you can enter our parkade from either Albert or Queen St. as usual.
Our main goal is to ensure you have a speedy check in, a great night sleep and minimal interference in your comfort and convenience as we improve our hotel to better accommodate you in the future.
I hope you can share in our excitement as we transition into a beautiful renovated Delta Ottawa City Centre and look forward to hosting you in the near future.
