Our largest Ballroom can accommodate up to 770 in banquet style The Shediac room can accommodate up to 300 banquet style. We offer six additional meeting rooms to accommodate from 10 – 50 in banquet style.
Our Executive Chef, Stephan Mueller’s philosophy is that all dishes should be prepared with precision, consistency and fresh quality products. Each catering and convention menu has been carefully designed by our Chef to combine flavors and colors that please the eye and satisfy the most delicate palate.
