The Ballroom
The Main Ballroom comfortably holds as many as 400 meeting delegates! It is fully equipped with state of the art lighting and sound systems for almost any type of visual or audio presentation. The Ballroom is divisible into four separate meeting rooms of varying sizes, offering flexibility to suit your requirements. The Delta Victoria's Ballroom is the city's only hotel meeting facility with drive-in access.
The Harbour Room
A beautiful seaside setting offering views of the bustling inner harbour. The Harbour room is ideal for all meals, and is a particularly spectacular location for weddings. The Harbour Room will seat 120 people for a sit down meal, and with the adjacent waterfront patio, can accommodate an additional 140 people. The Harbour Room can have black-out drapes for any audio visual presentations.
Songhees Suite
Situated on the main floor, the Songhees suite is only a short distance from the Ballroom and features two walls of windows overlooking Victoria’s breathtaking inner and outer harbour. At 1200 sq ft, this suite is ideal for meetings, intimate dinners and as a hospitality suite. The outdoor patio allows you and your guests the opportunity to enjoy the fresh ocean air and all the wonderful views that the inner harbour has to offer. The room has full bathroom facilities as well.
Pacific Suite
Situated on the third floor directly above the Songhees Suite, the Pacific Suite offers the same breathtaking views of Victoria’s inner and outer harbour. At 726 sq ft, this suite is ideal for meetings, intimate dinners and as a hospitality suite. The Suite also offers a built in galley bar area and has full bathroom facilities.
