I would like to say a special thanks to everyone at the Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel for making our 4 weeks stay memorable!
Being away from home for such a long period of time can be very stressful and emotional, but thanks to your entire staff, they made us feel at home.
All services including the shuttle bus, the front desk, the concierges, the business office, the restaurant and housekeeping staff have been exceptionally wonderful, gracefully greeting us (all 28 of us) every morning and any other time they have seen us!
Without failure, they have consistently provided me with timely responses with any minor issue I have had! I have stayed at many hotels, and by far this has been the utmost excellent service I have ever received from ALL staffing at the hotel. I am at a loss of word when describing the services.
But a few things I would like to point out are the phone calls I have received when I have called front desk with a request/issue, they always call back to make sure I have received my request (no other hotel has done that). I was greeted with a personalized welcome card and fruits! There is a convenient 24 hrs technical support line for the internet. On numerous occasions the bus drivers have stayed past their hours of operation to accommodate our late schedules! Also the concierges and the staff in the restaurant were very pleasing and welcoming every single morning! On one occasion they even packed breakfast for all 28 of us when we had an early morning start (at 6am). Also whenever we were sick they took extra special care of us!
