Airport Shuttle Information

Our Airport Shuttle service runs automatically every 20 minutes between the hours of 4:10 a.m. and 12:50 a.m.

Should you require service between the hours of 12:50 a.m. and 4:10 a.m., please simply take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and collect a receipt from your driver. Upon check-in, you may present your receipt for reimbursement by the hotel.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS
After you retrieve your luggage and exit the luggage pick up area, follow the signage to the Courtesy Shuttle pickup. This area is located outside the sliding doors and across the street to the right under the green canopy.

DOMESTIC ARRIVALS
After you retrieve your luggage and exit the luggage pick up area, follow the signage to the Courtesy Shuttle pickup. This area is located at the base of the escalator and out the sliding doors to the left.

Shuttle Service: Our shuttle runs on a set schedule between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 12:40 a.m. We suggest you arrive in the lobby approximately 30-minutes prior to the time that you would like to be at the airport. The YVR Airport Authority suggests you arrive at the airport at least 1 hour prior to departure time for flights within Canada, 2-hours for flights to United States and 3-hours for International flights. There is no prior booking required for our airport shuttle.

Self-Service Check-in Kiosks: Check-in faster using our self-service check-in kiosks located in the lobby of the Delta Vancouver Airport.

All you need is your passport or credit card and ticket information. Choose your seat. Then print your boarding pass in around 60 seconds. Declaration forms may also be collected from the Bell Desk and completed prior to your departure to further assist with ease of check-in once you arrive at YVR.
