Whether you are looking to plan a small intimate affair, an exceptional wedding event or an outdoor summer wedding, we have a venue for your wedding day.

Grand Ballroom

Our newly renovated Grand Ballroom can accommodate 700 guests with a spacious dance floor, perfect for your first dance. The Ballroom is available through our elegant Grand Foyer, with washrooms and coat check available for your guests.

Okanagan Ballroom

The Okanagan Ballroom is our largest section of our Grand Ballroom just under 5,000 sq.ft. This ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests, with the capabilities of adding two hallways for additional numbers up to 440. The Okangan Ballroom features a contemporary design with high ceilings with elegant chandelier, a grand foyer with natural light deemed perfect for your cocktail reception.

North or South Ballroom

This section of the Grand Ballroom is just under 3,440 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 160 guests comfortably, with dancefloor. This room is conveniently located steps from the main lobby of the hotel.

Cascade Cassiar Room

This intimate room is perfect for up to 50 people, and offers a fireplace, two large windows for natural light along with a terrace to enjoy the outdoor space. A beautiful area to host your Wedding reception or dinner.

Outdoor Wedding

An outdoor terrace is a perfect option. Ideally situated overlooking Lake Okanagan, the Upper terrace is tented for your convenience, and with North and South Terrace included, the space can suitably accommodate 400 for a reception. (A indoor back up room will be needed in the case of inclement weather)
