Centre Ballroom and Conference Centre, 3rd floor
Located on the 3rd floor, our Centre Ballroom and Conference centre consist of over 5,000 sq. ft and will accommodate 350 people for a banquet or 500 people in a reception style. It features an exterior view, with over 40' feet of south facing windows. The space can also divide into up to four separate sections, Mackenzie, Champlain, Laurier and Mayfair Rooms. All of the individual spaces feature 10' built-in screens, sound system and programmable lighting.
Boardrooms 504, 604 and 704, 5th, 6th and 7th floors
The Hotel is equipped with 3 boardrooms, each one 340 sq. ft. They have exterior views, facing south & west with natural lighting. Each will accommodate up to 12 boardroom style. The boardrooms are also connected to guest room suites, and may be booked in conjunction with the guest room or independently
Queen Elizabeth Suite, 6th floor
The Queen Elizabeth Suite is 1,672 sq. ft. and Divides into two separate meeting rooms – Queen Elizabeth West & Queen Elizabeth East (each 836 Sq. ft). The Complete space will accommodate up to 40 people Classroom, 90 theatre style or 35 people boardroom
Victoria Suite, 7th floor
The Victoria Suite is separated into two independent spaces by double doors. 1,012 sq. ft. on the East side and 638 sq. ft. on the West side. The East side will accommodate up to 27 Classroom. 30 Theatre or 15 Boardroom and the West side will accommodate up to 20 people Classroom, 30 Theatre and 12 Boardroom
