Bow Valley Ballroom
Located on the 2nd level, is the largest function room in the Hotel. Measuring 2,822 square feet, it can easily divide into three sections (A - 1,122 sq. ft, B – 714sq. ft. & C – 986 sq. ft.). Its foyer, featuring large floor to ceiling windows, is an ideal location for a pre-meal reception, continental breakfast, working lunch, or themed break. The Bow Valley Ballroom will comfortably accommodate a banquet for 220 people.
Garden Patio Room
Boasting 2,664 square feet of space, the Garden Patio can accommodate a banquet for up to 200 people. The most popular function room for weddings and social events, this room features a wall of windows and a large adjoining outdoor patio.

DEN At 880 square feet, the Den features large windows and high ceilings, and is perfect for a strategic planning meeting or an evening reception. OLYMPIC At 729 square feet, the Olympic Room features large windows and high ceilings, and is perfect for an executive board meeting or lunch for 40. RIVER ROOMS We are pleased to offer 3 boardrooms conveniently located on our lobby level. Each room measures 468 square feet. EXECUTIVE BOARD ROOM At 468 square feet, the Executive Boardroom offers a sleek wood table with 10 high back executive chairs, and is located on our lobby level.
