Airport Shuttle Information

Airport departures are every 30 minutes. Please visit the Allied Shuttle counter on arrivals level near gate "C" between 8 am and midnight 7 days per week. Out side of counter hours you may go directly to bus bay#8. Please note: If you are unable to contact the shuttle vehicle in bay#8 outside of the counter hours please contact (403) 299-9555 to confirm pick up time.

Downtown Pick ups are based on a scheduled on-demand system to enable us to provide an efficient and environmentally friendly service. Every designated pickup location has a pre-determined pick up time once every 30 minutes, however the shuttle will only stop at these locations if there is a booking. To ensure a timely pick up please view the Downtown pick up schedule and select the pick up time that is best for you. It is recommended that you leave at least 3 hours prior to your airplane departure.
